Still tasty but this bottle had a bit more brett than previous ones. Came across a bit thin and metallic on the back end. Will drink my last bottle very soon.

(Jean Foillard Beaujolais Nouveau) Dark garnet red color; lifted, fresh, tart currant, mineral, herbs (thyme and marjoram) nose; tasty, fresh, tart currant, herbs, mineral palate; medium finish (a really lovely Nouveau, drinking like a mature Bojo Villages, but lighter bodied)

Should have drank this last bottle sooner. This one had turned the corner, just too much brett to be enjoyable.

4th bottle and still the best Nouveau I've ever had. Each has needed plenty of air to sort things out; this was surprisingly best on day 2.

Third bottle of this in the last month. While each has shown a bit differently, all have been delicious with about 45 minutes of air.

Has more to offer than a typical nouveau. Very nice.
