Very solid black fruit flavors, well blended. Paired well with braised short ribs. Would give this another 1-2 years, easy, but drinking very well right now.

2 hours decanted...A MUST! Big Aromas: black cherry, blackberry, cassis, vanilla, pencil lead. Mouth: more of the same...big new world, intense. Alcoholic bite on the finish that I didn't like. Their Estate Blend is now my favorite of their lineup (although I'm starting to lose interest in their house style). May be the best QPR of their lineup, too.

Nice wine but my palate is moving away from these over ripe, high alcohol Paso Robles GSM blends. Nothing wrong with them but just becoming less of a fan of this style.

PNP. Showing well. Smooth on the palate. Fruit flavors are still vibrant.

Very dark color. Noses do taste is of dark fruits. You can sense the contributions of each of the five varietals. Very nicely done.
