Although I probably will not be buying this again, it certainly was not a bad wine. This is a ripe off-dry Riesling with a Medium finish. The nose was typical of a WA state generic ripe Riesling. On the palate there was some apricot, some sweet (not tangy) oranges, maybe also a bit of grapefruit (?). For me, it did lack complexity and acidity. For my taste, a good amount of acidity makes for a more balanced wine. Maybe revisit this in a cooler vintage?

Good quality, awesome nose! However, very sweet, almost to b considered a desert wine imo. A drop of hot sauce to a glass took off the sweetness overkill and made it much more enjoyable.

Pacific Rim always over delivers with their Rieslings. Classic Riesling with a bit of petrol, fresh herbs, honey, apple and pears. Semi sweet on the palate with nice viscosity and length. And ridiculous value at $7.99!

2005-2011 German Spatleses (Rich & Peggy's House, Los Altos, CA): Golden color. Stinky, overripe cheese funk on the nose. Blew off a bit, maybe just reduced? A little better in the mouth but something's still off here.
