Extremely quaffable, drinks very much as a fresh a lively grape juice. More sweetness than some of my table mates would like, but far from cloying. There’s good balance here. This would be great to drink ice cold on a hot day.

Organic Gamay on limestone, clay soils. It is made by the méthode ancestrale: hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in vat until it reaches around 6% alcohol. It is then lightly filtered and bottled and finishes fermenting with indigenous yeasts in the bottle. Some yeasty notes, fruity and slightly sweet. It has the fruity side of Beaujolais with some fizz. It's kinda it's own thing, so it's hard for me to rate this.

Popped and poured. Yeasty strawberry aroma. Rich strawberry flavor up front, sweet strawberry and minerals in the finish. Good backbone, luscious flavors, glou-glou, good staying power with a sweetness that stops just short of cloying.
Reminiscent of Renardat-Fache, but not quite in its league.

Orange/ salmon color Light mousse but more than frizzante - quickly dissipates Delicious aromas of strawberry/ raspberry jump out of the glass - along with a bit of herbal undertones Fruity palate with small amount of residual sugar - echoes aromas with some added richness Quite refreshing - uncomplicated but delicious

Fun sparkling rose with just a touch of sweetness. Cranberry flavors dominate. Would be great for Thanksgiving dinner.
