Terroni with Marc Hochar: Golden amber color (exact same color as the '89); similar to the '89, but I feel lost some of its mojo; finish is waning, not as complex, but still quite nice indeed and super cool that it's still alive and well and showing something. Breakfast notes: "toasted bread" (but no real new oak to speak of in this--most likely lees contact), "orange peel and coffee". Pastry notes very subtle baklava notes. Your crazy grandma who can't get around much anymore but is still sharp with her tongue. Whites are fermented in used French barrels, left on lees 9 months, normally not stirred but can be, bottle straight from barrel minimal fining/filtering. 12.7%

Verticale Musar (Restaurant al Sad, Choueir): Nez bouqueté, de la marmelade d'orange, abricots secs, de la figue et du sous bois. Ce vin est une bombe en bouche, interminable!!
