Pale gold colour. Small and lively bubbles. Medium and developing nose with yellow apples, lemon, biscuit, toast charred wood, brioche and wet stone. Medium taste of yellow apples, lemon, biscuit, toast, charred wood and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Blanc de Blancs English Sparkling. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with shellfish.

A bit like a sparkling chablis with that crisp lemon and ginger along chalky minerality. All stainless steel here, this is fresh and juicy with lots of salinity. Quite lovely. 16+/20.

Made from 80% 2018 wines. Dosage 9g RS. Nose: lemony, saline, green apple. Linear on the palate, lemony, bitter orange. I found this a bit too challenging. It'll probably be great with the right food. Apparently sommeliers love this.

Lunch at Noizé: Pale straw. Nicely fresh. Crisp young b de b, some energy and line here. Very decent. ***
