  For what i was expecting, this delivers at the price point. I think the producer has a few similar product lines in older vintages here... this has nice nose of dark lightly bramble black cherry notes. Palate is med bodied (barely) and after letting the initial frizante quality fade, is again full of dark blackberry/raspberry fruit...perhaps a hint of being chocolate covered. Finish is med- and not much more complex. Nice fairly simple tasting red that is great match for upcoming summer and lighter fare...serve this with 30-60 min decant and a hair cool...
