Fresh, middle weight, crunchy wild berry fruit. A bit closed and solid on finish suggesting could use a few more years. Lovely balance and purity that works well on table. Recommend for those seeker a brighter expression of Sangiovese.

Made in amphorae (vs. stainless steel for the Rosso Toscana). It's almost like you can taste the clay. A cooler wine, with strong tannins but still retains quite a bit of fruit. We went back and forth on this one; definitely not a $50 bottle (in the store).

Wonderful red cherry and sage nose, wild and lively on the palate, feels authentic, old school in style. Very long. Chapeau.
