10-11 years seems like a good age, since this bottle was extremely well balanced, retaining some structure but not showing any raw, green roughness. It is closer to a 95 than to a 93, but I found it a little bit shy, although by no means thin. The usual disclaimer says that my tastebuds could be the weak part of the equation.

Lovely floral notes and a delight on the palate, enjoyed it with our Seafood risotto. NB If tasted solely on it's own it would be considered outstanding, but when compared directly to the 2013 Mount Mary Pinot opened at the same time for a horizontal tasting, it was definitely bested, but not by a lot.

A powerful pinot from Australia that for me in the tasting also showed least aging of them all. All typcial pinot notes with a very nice complexity, and length. A very well made wine that I believe will age very well.

I had forgotten all about this purchase 7 years ago. Lousy cork, but an absolutely a wonderful pinot noir. Agree with Benniemac on taste.
