From magnum. The savoriness has come down a bit and its more lemony and fresh. Direct on the palate but hasn't gained complexity. Maybe I should have drunk it sooner?

Give credit where credit is due. Very tasty and different, and certainly not to be thrown out with the bath water; but it's not what we look for. So, although it was a good bottle, it does not get placed on my "Wish List".

Bright lemon yellow with a green hint. Clean, lightly herbal, medium/light body. Very fresh. Hint of saline quality. Very good food wine. Alpine cheeses!

IPNC Weekend 2018; 7/26/2018-8/2/2018 (Linfield College, McMinnville, OR): Pale gold color. From magnum. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Northern Italy, 3400 feet elevation. I loved this, just great minerality, seething with ocean tastes and smells, tart, sterling acid, citrus. This a match made in heaven for shellfish and grilled fish.

Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. 100% Prie' Blanc on ungrafted vines. Pale lemon with green hues. The nose is clean, with green apple, lime, fresh herbs and earth. The nose is developing, with some notes of petrol and walnut. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity, medium (+) alcohol and a solid mineral streak through the medium (+) long finish. This is not a particularly good value at $37; it looks much better at $28.00.
