  Helt klart en Champagne i min stil. Maffig, stor doft med mycket vit Bourgogne-vibbar. Smör, mogen citrusfrukt, röda äpplen, fatkryddor med en touch av dill och honung. Väldigt bra i munnen, med mjuk rund syra och ett torrt avslut (2g/l dosage). Skall jag klaga på något så är det möjligen att den kanske lite intensitet och kropp för att matcha den väldigt generösa doften. Riktigt bra för (med Champagne-mått mätt) ynka 450kr.

  Disgorged in October 2014, Extra Brut dosage 2gr, 1 794 bottles) Yellow colour with medium size bubbles. Intense nose showing Seville orange, butter popcorn and some fresh cut grass. Powerful on the palate showing ripe apples and butter with a softer acidic finish with a touch of orange peel and a hint of oak. This is a typical biodynamic grower champagne which gives a bit too much softness and warmer notes for my tastebuds, but is still showing lots of quality. This is probably drinking at best in its youth, even if it probably can keep for another decade. Best 2016-2021.

  Interessant: désalterant sans etre trop simple, cet extra-brut possède une promesse de complexité, il semble annoncer une belle bouteille de gastronomie, mais il lui faudra encore un peu de temps.
  Encore sur la reserve pour l'heure, je l'aurais bien testé sur des huitres car il est droit et sec, un peu iodé. Jolie bulle fine.
