Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Sincerely speaking I was seduced 'cause that bikini girl on label and Sanchez Romate procedency I bought this bottle.
Even assuming there's a quest for young drinkers in Spain, this wine has nonsense: too much obvious sweet from aromas of raisins on the nose. Light on the palate without any delicacy nor elegance.
At the back winery is recommending an unusual match: Mexican chilli. Have to try.
