At almost eight years since harvest, this is beginning to have the up front fruitiness start to fade and allow the spice and herbs come forward. PnP, I really like where this wine is right now. Slight browning, but still red in the glass. Acidity is still bright and totally stood up to a 45 day dry aged ribeye. For Burgundy, this is my sweet spot as I'm not a huge fan when the fruit has faded away at an advanced age.
