PnP that was slightly better on day two. Happy to have found an orphan in the cellar and thankful as time has been good to this. Med- body, lovely across the board, with good spice on the nose. Avg+, graceful finish. A simple pleasure. 14,5% abv. I seen no reason to hold in this vintage though it does have a few years at this level. recommended
This is my 6th bottle from a case, had the last one about 2 mos ago, and was not too impressed. Today's bottle was really nice. Red and black fruit profile, slightly unripe, with tobacco leaf, moist soil, espresso grounds, a hint of mint. Very nice and gritty tannins with solid acidity and a great palate presence. Finish is earthy, drink through 2026+.

PnP that's ready to go, or can hold (and likely continue to develop) for another 5-7 years. Med- body, red-fruited, spicy nose. with leather, herbs, soil. Med complexity and length at this moment. Graceful, understated finish. I'd suggest continue holding; alas, this was my last bottle. Understated and lovely. recommended
5th bottle from a case, last tasted about 9 mos prior. This BdM showed a bit muddy and generic, not showing the brightness and energy of previous bottles. Black fruits, anise and tar, with medium acidity and chewy tannins. Drink through 2025 or so. Good but not great.

Wife made lovely soup du pesto, last bottle, from the Garagiste. Opened an hour before dinner, clean cork, ready to drink. Very nice, Yum.
