Absolute stunner. This is open for business after a couple hours. There is modernity here, but it's appreciated by me given all the earthiness and herbal spice. Best bottle to date for me. I just love this wine.

Rhône or Nôwhere 2.0 (Malcolm, NE): Oh yes…gimme all them funky cherries and all dat black licorice. There were also Ferrara Red Hots®️and a generous hit of black pepper. I simply adore Pegau; for all of its unapologetic character and authenticity. This 2015 brought the business tonight and was smashing with cassoulet, Toulouse sausage and duck confit. Merci Charlie!

Decanted and drank over two days. Last drank this a little over a year ago. This bottle is the nicest I've had - the slightly bitter end is gone. Black fruit and some tar on the nose, white pepper black and blue fruit on the palate, nuanced taste. Medium tannin. This has evolved over the last year or so. I will wait another year for the next bottle. Best after 4 hours on day-1, diminishes slightly by day-2, but still good.

Prime drinking window. Well balanced and not over extracted. Excellent fruit and fully resolved tannins.

Seems like it is coming into its own. Good fruit, with notes of strawberry
