  PNP. Stone ground wheat bread, card stock, ash, blackberry on the nose (serious, subdued fruit). Burnt toast on smooth palate with nice acidity. Great balance overall. Soft, rounded tannins on medium finish. Lamb shoulder brought out more of the red fruit in nose and palate. Drank prior to main course arriving to begin with.
