So thick and heavy. This needs another five years at least. Do not open until 2029! Didn’t really like it now and even with more years the acidity might be lacking but it could end up being spectacular for a Bourgogne.

Cellar stored for a couple of years under stable temp (14 cels). Saw on CT that 2024 was the "last" year of drinking. Aired for 10-15 min after opening. A nice burgundy red on the colour that proofs its good aging. On the nose: hint of iron and red fruit (strawberries). On the plate: no to little tannins, I get a hint of wood and tobacco. Quick ending and no great complexity.
Conclusion, a decent to good wine but not a big tasting experience. I did not know what to expect but i am glad i did not wait any further, this wine probably where better 1-2 years ago. I would argue that this wine has started to peak. Alternatively try let it air more, to open up.
Day 2 half bottle left. Did not open more over night, so I would say this wine is peaking. Drink now.

A very pleasant surprise, this wine exceeded expectations. Nose of raspberry and strawberry. Deep color, lots of red fruit on the palate. Wish I had bought more.

Nice nose and palate on open, ready to go. Dark red fruit, lovely light floral notes, hints richer earth and plum, that became more evident with time, and freshness of fruit diminished. Moderate acidity. Day 2 for second half, and all the nice floral elements and fresher fruit were gone, and now only weighty plum more prevalent.
