  {screwcap, 13%} Cab, shiraz, Malbec, merlot. Developing, sweet spicy shiraz with a Malbec kick. Cab is present as a gentle herbal frame. Compost flavours and aromas, rotting vegetation, strawberry jam. Mild oak, low dusty tannins, medium acidity. Medium weight. Slightly acetic hint, with a mushroom quality. Nose is more interesting than the palate, which is a bit short to finish, and does seem to have a fair old hole in the middle when it comes to flavour. Metallic edge to the finish too. Not worth further cellaring, for sure.

  This is plums and tar on the nose. It's herbaceous and green on the palate, with dusty tannins and a tart finish. Would not recommend at all.
