Pale, lemon appearance. Medium + intensity nose of apple. lemon, lemon zest, pear, wet stones, sour cream. High acid, medium body, ripe fruit. Long finish with flint and crushed rock coming through with great purity.

Nice nose of lemon peel, lemon curd, floral and fresh. Palate has a punching acidity, but a soft harmonious mouthfeel. Finish rewards with a hint of honey sweetness.
Enjoyed this over the course of three days and while it remained stable, it didn't gain any finesse.

Lemon, steel, white flowers, orchard fruit, almond - nose is enough to make me salivate. On the palate, quite fruit forward with apples & pear then transitions into crushed rock. Finishes with a hit of high acidity but still a touch of residual sweetness on the tongue. I don't think this is a great Felsenberg. It's a relatively more open & approachable version does but still retain the classic, austere nature.
