Alexander valley gem from a grower turned producer, supplied grapes to Silver Oak. Plenty of dark fruit, cassis and spices. Full body with ripe tannins and well balanced acidity. Finishes with dark cherry with leather and a hint of oak. A great value Cab from a relatively new producer.

Reynoso's 2014 Cabernet is an opaque ruby wine that delivers a nice package of tarry black cherries, blackberries, baking spices, dark chocolate and creamy oak. Medium-to-full-bodied, freshly acidic, softly tannic and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 14.2%), it has good mid-palate density and finishes with medium length. Seductive fruit and soft textures identify this wine as quintessential Alexander Valley. It should easily provide pleasure up to its tenth birthday, possibly longer. Drink now-2024.

Really solid Alexander Valley cabernet sauvignon. Dark ruby, rich nose of forest floor mulch, mouth coating fruit, long finish. Drinking well now and will keep.
