However 24 hours in the fridge and the spritz has mostly gone and the wine has added some weight and the finish is now clean with a hint of orangey spice. I like this. Not cheap, but as one of only 1085 bottles (now clearly 1084 or fewer) lovingly cared for, I think it is worth trying.
