Ausbau 12 Monate in konischen Gärbottichen, danach 6 Monate in gebrauchten Burgunder Pièces. 14% Alkohol). Leuchtendes Goldgelb. 93 vvPunkte

I could have spent the whole night sniffing without drinking. The aromas of fresh apples, with hints of saline steel and flint are beguiling! The wine is still young with rich notes over firmly textured acidity. A beauty but still needs time.

Outstanding wine. The fruit definitely shines through with green apples, crisp pears early on. Citrus notes come through later. Very well balanced and not overpowering.

A little young, but drinkable now. Green apple, pear, honey in the beginning with some acid, citrus notes after opening up awhile. Certainly a well balanced dry white.

14% Alk 14%, 100% Chenin blanc. (93-95+)
