A good quality assyrtiko without really delivering at the top level. The acidity doesn’t match what a great wine from Santorini delivers, although this does have the minerality I expect, and the balance of fruit and herbal aromas/flavours I expect.

Appearance: pale yellow with some silver. No gas or sediment. Fairly heavy tearing
Nose: Intense aromas of white peach and apple blossom with notes of kiwi and lavender. No apparent oaking to me
Palate: Medium(+) acid, medium bodied, smooth/slightly creamy textured, very good balance, very complex, and off-dry. Medium(+) intense flavors of juicy white peach and lemongrass with notes of banana, flint, and green apple. An extended flinty/banana and almost waxy finish.
A great wine! Very aromatic and complex with a long finish

Nose- Bright, fresh pineapple. Lime Palate- Shale soft minerality followed by smooth but present acidity. Some body in here butter, finishes with lemon. First impression is a beautiful dry riesling, to a chard- great textural journey Edit: acidity takes away a bit of balance 92->90 Edit2: biting acidity turns to sour green apple candy, nice

Notes of salinity and lime/lemon on the nose, with wet stones on palate. Slightly frizzante; bone dry with high acidity, but with enough other stuff going on that Max (who isn’t fond of acidity) liked it well enough. No surprises, but a nice wine.
