Light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, grapefruit & lemons/limes with overtones of floral & mineral notes, wet stones, chalky & a slight hint of saline in the background. Medium-light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of Asian pears, lychee & lemons/limes with minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & should develop further with additional aging at which time it may score even higher. It is more fruit & mineral driven like a Chablis.

Very light and soft. Green apple flavor. More of an appetizer wine than dinner wine as it can easily be overpowered.
