Honeyed and mead-like, some oxidation/browned apple, some butter. Good acidity, M to M+ body, after an hour or two some salinity/mineral but it’s not mainly that type of Chard. Fine for $19 on Last Bottle, wouldn’t be worth a higher retail price.

Very nice with ripe apple and good acidity. A bit of texture/weight but nicely balanced and not too much oak or malo. Need to order more

Very nice Willamette Chard. Light on its feet, delightful on the palate. Tastes like spring (even if it's still technically winter!)
