Classically structured pg from alto adige. Nose shows mineral, pear, petrol hints. Palate mineral dominated a bit salty and brightly acidic. Fruit is there, but it’s subsidiary to the mineral. Lovely with food. Serious.

Unscrewed and poured and then enjoyed with a slight chill using Govino cups. Light straw color. Nose offers some green apple, lime and hazelnuts. Very light aroma. There is a good citrus intro, followed by a waxy hazelnut element. Almost like a lanolin texture in the mouth. The nutty element shows a slight oxidative sherry quality that adds character.
Screw-cap.

Clean, pure, with a little apple, citrus and hint of minerality. This is light bodied, and a little on the neutral/dilute side (over-cropped?), but for a light sipper or solid cooking wine, a decent QPR.

Twist and pour. Light straw color. Nose offers wet stone and lime zest. Nice lime citrus on the intro, with some green apple and almond skin on the finish. Enjoyable.

Twist and pour - screw cap. Tasted with food (grilled chicken and sesame - peanut noodles, in case you were wondering) and then followed on its own. Light straw color. Nice white floral notes and limes. Lime oil on the intro with wet stones and sea spray finishing up with lime oil. Quite fresh and vibrant. Enjoyable.
