  • Under screw cap, thank Gawd! This note made on second day open, though there has been very little change from day1.

    Colour is a bright, white-gold.

Aroma of white peach, but restrained and there is some iodine salinity.

Palate is very long and intense, crisp and there is chalkiness and minerality aplenty. This would be a knockout with Oysters, a nude woman, or both. This note was made before I got to the point where I couldn't tell the difference. Flavours as per the nose, but with a hint of wild honey fragrance as well.

This has a long future and I think may develop into something quite sensational. As it is, right now it is a very good, regionally and varietally correct wine.
