  In 2015 I said I wanted to try this wine again in a decade, and I made it 8 years. Great showing. Deep nose of guava, peach nectar, yellow flowers, honeycomb, sea salt, whipped butter, crushed slate. The palate has a chunky texture but lively acidity, keeping things rich and deep but balanced. Full and intense, but these chalky, salty, slate, limestone vibes keep it all tingly and inspiring. Great times sharing this wine with some climbing buddies while planning future adventures.

  La bouche semble fermé, principalement sur une amertume & un impression forte de pierre à fusil. Le temps apporte un peu plus de rondeur & de fruité à l'ensemble. Texture agréable, à la fois huileuse en attaque avec un impression minérale forte en milieu fin de bouche. Somme toute assez costaud & large, mais pas facile à apprécier avec son peu de fruit.

  Still very young in its presentation, starting friendly and pure but, for me, with a bit too much residual sugar in the second part of the taste.
  Maybe I will taste this bottle once again in, let's say, 4 to 5 years from now. I think this wine is still developing.

  Hints of mango & leeche nut on the nose. Small petroleum note on the palate as well as lychee nut, and an unknown element - maybe mango? Or ?? Very enjoyable with Asian food. Not sweet, but not dry. Lovely pairing.
