This is evolving beautifully since my last tasting in January 2022 and it has long life ahead of it yet. I highly recommend opening this at least an hour before you plan to serve it (you will be happy that you did!)

Still young and with nice cellaring potential. Intense nose of clementines, pastry notes and mineral . In the mouth it is dense, citric with taste of melon, some passion fruits, vanilla and eggs cream, nice freshness; just missing a little bit of precision here. Lovely length on the citric, savoury and pastry notes.
