  Rich staw colour. Fantastic floral nose with a rich tone to it. Still beautiful and years to go. Lovely rich floral and apricot taste with mouth filling richness and long finish.

  Tasted from a half bottle. Medium yellow. A characteristic mature "big" Gewürz nose with ripe tropical fruits and ripe citrus, honey, some spices and aromatic oils, and a bit of perfume. (The nose could lead you to think that this was a VT or other sweet Gewürz.) The palate is concentrated and almost dry with somewhat oily character, peppery, with some mineral, and medium minus acidity. A fine, concentrated and dry-style Gewürztraminer which is mature, but much more youthful than I expected from a half bottle going on 16 years of age! 91 pts.
