Intense raspberry and cherry fruit with a fairly dark core. Great acidity and a lovely intensity really rounds of the wine very nicely. Overall, a lovely wine.

Mid plum colour. Mild aroma that becomes more expressive with air. Spiced mulberry, quite pure and linear, totally clean. Light, tangy flavour, a bit of soft cranberry, barely any tannin to speak of. Some taut darkness towards the finish. Good sweetness and balance. Young but drinks well if a bit heavy. [Natural? cork; 14.2% abv; Woodwinters, £39].

Pleasant nose of alcohol and juniper berries. Fruity with medium alcohol. Easy drinking; well-balanced. Good for a cool winter night.
