PnP. I was hoping for a little more (because Ronchi), but hey, it's Ribolla Gialla. A dry, med-bodied, light>medium straw colored wine with simple flavors, avg finish. A quality house/bistro wine. 12,5% abv. Now or the next couple of years. For what it is, it's recommended
Pale straw. Apple skins, salty air, tiny little white flowers.
Just a tinge unripe pear/apple, salt, classic Friuli spice (ginger almost?), great body, a lovely slight bitter note on the finish that's washed away almost immediately by some solid acid.
Excellent value at $20USD.

More fruity and floral than I expected. Dry. Stone fruit. Perfect pair with Copine porchetta.
