Viniferia, Terra di Pietra, Cabernet Blend, 2020: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Merlot (15%), and Syrah (15%). Viniferia also produces a Super Tuscan, but this indeed one as well. The Cab clearly dominates here and this is showing quite young. Ripe red and black fruits, high tannins that need time to integrate, nice acid and showing good structure. I'd sit on this until 2026 and drink by 2032.

91-92. This is really opened up a lot in the last year and is showing very well. It still has room to open up more. Worth revisiting soon and decanting to allow more breathing. Good fruit and good structure along with good complexity. Very nice to have side by side with the 2018

Very dark concentrated red with flavors typical of a super tuscan. Definitely showing the Cabernet side with more tannins than the 2018 red blend also from the same producer which was much more fruity and expressive. This is still an excellent bottle of wne but it definitely needs a lot of breathing in the decanter. Drink now to 2030, possibly longer. Definitely worth trying as there a few good quality Italian Reds in the kosher world
