At first, juicy Asian pear, followed by some white peach, canned lychee, votive-candle waxy notes, pineapple, and white grape. The palate has a somewhat moderated acidity, with the juiciness of crunching into an Asian pear. It's an intriguing combo, and you can taste all of the Alsacien Thundercats (chats de tonnerre?) in there, all kind of working at half-tempo from their often aggressive selves (Riesling, Gewurz, and Muscat never fail to let you know they're in the house), but united. Each brings their own textural or aromatic component.

Aromatic nose with plenty of floral character and a medley of fruits that is difficult to filter out, at least at a cooler serving temperature. Balanced palate with nice acidity and a strong lychee flavor with some RS. Medium finish. Very pleasant.

By bouquet we can assume, this is meant to be an aromatic Gentil. We can detect characters of Moscato, Gewurztraminer and also Riesling reaching towards in a full expression of ripe yellow fruit and white flowers. By taste its fresh - complex. In structure it is very balanced, not too much alcohol. Very nicely drinkable wine, also very versatile for different occasions and an instant favourite of many. Very pleasing wine.
