  醒酒两个小时，深石榴红色，闻香有些许坚果，皮革和肉鲜，一些氧化的果味例如话梅，泥土气息，以及充分陈年的橡木桶带来的香料味。入口酸度高，单宁紧涩，有些抓人，颗粒细腻，酒液咸，收口甜，咸橄榄的口感，带着坚果和话梅味，融合的香料感，后段有酒精感，余味香草奶油和辛香料味。橡木桶主导的一款老酒，展现出充分陈年的复杂度，如托斯卡纳一般的酸度，又有新世界的甜，有氧化特征，果实的能量已经不那么强，带着草本植物的咸橄榄味，处在适饮期末期的一款酒。
