  Medium garnet color fading to a tawny rim. Nose is mature and beautiful complex and quite aromatic. Macerated dark berry fruit, plum along with leathery, meaty and above all garrigue herbs and black olives. Medium bodied with fluid texture, quite high acidity and tannins with some grip still. It is even more evolved in the palate than on the nose with plummy flavours and coffee together with sweet spices and macerated cherry and berry fruit. Satisfying finish. A wine to drink now as it will only go downhill from here.
