Still exhibits that sun-faded yellow. Pear, apple on the nose, reasonable nose even when first removed from the fridge. Taste of dry grass, not the metalic/steely crisp New Zealand offerings; this one is more balanced. Rounded? Very nice.

Light straw color. Nose of creamy lemon, hint of grass. Similar flavors on the palate with a nice crisp mouthfeel and finish. Really enjoyable on its own or with food. Definitely would rebuy.

Light, sun-faded, yellow. Aroma of lemon steel, flint made of lemon, or lemon citrus infused minerals. Taste is a touch of minerality and lemon in the mid-palate with a finely balanced light oak finish. Good balance. Overall very well made and balanced, a bit too subtle on the fruit but this may be a comment from a taster who has had too many NZ SBs recently. Alas.
Enjoyed with a lunch meal of Easter ham and potatoes, with green beans. Several comments of "oh, this is gooood."

Just enough grit, minerality, and acidity to cut thru a hot spring evening. Great overall effort for SB.

Similar note with previous bottle. Very enjoyable. Great choice for a go-to summer white.
