- Yellow gold color with slow forming legs and aromas of honey, peach and apple. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of apple, oak and vanilla with a light/medium body. Linear texture with a short finish - Sour apple finish.

Very interesting; with the body/mouth feel of a lush full bodied rich chard or viongier, great legs, yet the taste of a zesty high tone lemon bite tropical tones typical of a Sauvangon Blanc with no green - a lovely wine! Stands alone or 'pair' with food as the winemaker intended. A winner from a wine maker with a core following for his 'Jonata' label. Great QPR; Off to buy more!
