  Drinking nicely! Still could go a few more years. Nice secondary/age characteristics, but enough fruit to continue to age.

  Wow! Violets and tannins that carry the floral notes to the finish. Great grip. Drinking beautifully right now.

  Opened Nov 2016 needed an hour to open up. 87 within the first hour low 90s after opened up when the finish developed more. Definitely needs decanting

  This Merlot again reminds me of what a great vintage 2007 was. The evidence of pronounced fruit still persists although the graceful aging of this wine has put the blackberry and black cherry into the background where it is now harmonized with notes of cassis, cigar box, cedar with the finish yielding a smoothness of a fine piece of chocolate.
  
  This wine is drinking perfectly right now and there ant not a lot of residual tannins but it should continue on for a few more years yet. Good job on this, Miner!
