  • Musky and funky with a soft nettle nose that is at once mineral and taught reminding me of a muscadet, and round and ripe like a chardonnay. This is sauvignon and chardonnay. I'm drinking this with a bit of salmon covered in lemon and the acidity in both the lemon and wine play wonderfully together. Highly recommended not only for its tastiness but for originality.

  • Really unique showing on this wine...it had this Chinese food element to the palate after a while that was prehaps a reflection of some of the ripeness of the vintage? Yet...the wine displayed ample acidity and mineraity on the palate and it was a very interesting expression of Sauvignon Blanc...perhaps a little too much 'gras' for the variety. In any case, it was an interesting wine.
