I dont know what this is - help? I baught a case from Philipson in Denmark a couple of years ago. When sampeling the first bottle (2009), the wine was reductive and didnt release any flavours. I didnt make any notes of the tasting, but I recall the wine. Tried another bottle today and the wine shows very clear signs of oxydation. Opened two more bottles with exactly the same result! The wine is simply undrinkable, and resembles a poor sherry both on the nose and on the palate. There is nothing wrong with my cellar, other wines matures very nicely, but this wine is dead and I dont think it will ever come to life again. Does anybody have any idea?

Great Burgundy 06-10 tasting Oslo October 2017 (At Kim Aa's place, Ulvøya, Norway): Kobbergyllen.

Bouche ample. Du vrai bon bourgogne blanc!
