very easy to drink this wine! Classic ON riesling in many ways. I find it somewhat lighter and less honeycomb notes than others (yet still a touch). Some wet stone, lime, apples, touch of sweet. Lovely tension between sweet and sour; reminds me a bit of sweet-tart candies. Nice length. Totally enjoyable.

Starting to fade. Fruit is more cooked than fresh and there is an oxidized note. Time to drink up.

Similar to last tasting note 2 years ago. Very nice ontario riesling.

Six Nations 2016: Pine, candy apples, and lime. Leans towards a richer fruit weight, with some sweetness in behind. Good length.
