I was a bit afraid to open this one, but is still in a drinkable state. Cork was fine, decanted for 3 hrs before drinking, sediments as expected after almost 30 yrs. Rather shy nose, light red in the glass. A bit too acidic for my taste, but went well with a deer filet. All nicely integrated, I was missing a bit more expression.
