Still going strong after 5 years. Very smooth, very dry and as full flavored as it was in 2016 whe we had the first bottle. Carefully cellared, dark and < 60°.

Haven't tried a SA steen for at least 20 years and was looking to try something white other than WB or riesling. Straw colored; delicate nose of grapefruit and green apple along with a skunkiness akin to sauv blanc; solid and an exceptional value. Should work with many foods.
