Had this with sashimi, paired decently.
very very light on the palette.
Some minerality, citrus fruits, green apple, straw and stone, perhaps a tinge of grapefruit.
Fresh and zesty acidity.
It has the hallmarks and tastes of a decent chablis, but alas it falls far due to the very light intensity and short+ finish.
Not a wine to ponder over, but great as something to pair with light foods.
