Nice nose. Bright, sour cherry up front. Finish a little short. Looking forward to the 1er crus in a couple years.

Still a little tight at open, but comes out with a little time.
Domaine Perrot-Minot Burgundies with Martine Saunier (WineBank, Menlo Park, California): Medium cherry red color with pale meniscus; light tart red fruit, light sous bois nose with a sense of salmon skin; tight, tart red fruit, mineral palate with medium acidity; medium finish 90+ points
A very solid village wine drinking well now. Great complement to grilled wild salmon.
Aromas of fruit and spice, flavors reflect the nose with cherry, strawberry and spice with a long finish. very light color. very nice wine.
