Drank this to spicy food, and perhaps a bit too cold. Reminded me a bit about a rose. It is different, but not bad. Lighter in color than what I expected.

Very good once again. This wine is very similar to Cornelissen's Contadino, fresh and juicy. Contadino is the better wine for me, probably due to the fact that the nerello mascalese used in that wine is a better match for this type of treatment than the nero d'avola/frappato blend used here. Overall I like this, but in the future I'd be more inclined to buy the Cerasuolo than this, and more inclined to buy Arianna Occhipinti's wines than COS anyway, but I still enjoyed it.

Love Giusto's wines, but this is a total fail. (The kind of thing the natural wine haters love to hold up as evidence that people who love these wines have lost their minds.) Bought at a wine event/auction for CA fire relief, where a number of rather shameful vinous donations were made by importers/stores who thought it was okay to get rid of their dreck by offloading it onto people trying to help fire victims.
