Nomacorc. Alcoholic nose, with apple schnapps and a hint of pastry. Thin, watery palate; spritzy, with a sharp, tinny character. Flavours of apple schnapps, squash, and lime cordial.

Bottle Wars: New World vs. Old World (Flemings Steakhouse, The Domain, Austin TX): Enjoyed at a wine tasting to demonstrate the differences between Old World and New World wines. Very old world style which demonstates the terrior; subtle fruit, with lots of minerality, and very little oak. As compared to the Antinori Chardonnay from Tuscany this one isn't even in the same ballpark. Okay but not very memorable.
