Excellent from PnP with just a bit of air and over a couple of hours. This could probably even benefit from a modest decant. This bottle showed a bit fresher than the previous one consumed ~two years ago. I got a gamey and wild undertone that the other drinker didn't get and we both found a raspberry dark chocolate element in the nose and mouth. Minty and earthy with dark fruits coming in later.
A really nice pairing with a simple cast iron bohemian steak served with a mix parsley, chive, lemon juice, caper, olive oil, & touch of mustard - very bistro style, alongside some nice cannellini beans (sorry, no fries tonight).
13.9% abv These En Gobelets benefit from laying down. Great Mourvedre-led blend. Would have guessed majority Mourvedre, but it's 29% along with Grenache 27%, Tannat! 26%, and Syrah 18%.

Flawed... stewed. Perhaps exposed to heat at some point. Too bad, my fav Tablas vintage

Quite refined for a Rhône ranger. I enjoy a bit more rusticity but enjoyed this polished version.

Captivating mushroom, dark plum, earth. Kept evolving through the hour it was opened and consumed.
