This wine has gotten better with age. Rich, Cali Cab fruit profile, with many years left in the wine. Paired great with the BBQ chicken and Kale salad at John & Jess's house up Emigration Canyon. A nice treat on a Sunday night dinner with friends, kids and dogs. Lovely night. Lovely wine.

Opened this for my daughter Adie's boyfriend's 22nd birthday. I cooked up a feast of home-made lasagna, with a Frog Bench green salad, and Tokyo turnips. This wine was lovely. A nice typical aged Napa Cab. Enjoyed with Landon, Adie, & Jackson before they headed off to Red Rocks, NV to climb.

This was an OK Cabernet Sauvignon that our beef stir fry helped make it better. Had some good flavor aspects to it with the fruit, earthiness and black pepper spice, but had a raisiny component that really distracted from the overall flavor. Based on this bottle we would say this is in the downhill side.

Incisive, with a piercing energy on the finish; more acidity than I usually find with Napa cabs, and it was welcome. Will benefit from a bit more bottle age as it was still a bit tightly wound.
